Online Reviews

93% of customers read online reviews before buying. If you don't have recent, positive reviews, you essentially don't exist in the modern marketplace. But asking for them face-to-face is awkward. Here's how to automate it.

1. Timing is Everything

The best time to ask for a review is immediately after a positive experience. Not 3 days later. Not next week. Right now.

QTick sends an automated WhatsApp message 30 minutes after the appointment ends: "Hi Sarah, thanks for visiting! How was your experience today?" This captures the customer while the positive feeling is still fresh.

2. Make it Frictionless

Don't make them search for you on Google. Send them a direct link. "Click here to give us 5 stars."

The fewer clicks, the higher the conversion. If they have to open a browser, type your name, find your profile, and click "write review," you've already lost them.

3. Handle Negatives Privately

Smart review systems filter feedback. If a customer rates you 1-3 stars, the system asks for internal feedback ("What went wrong? How can we improve?").

If they rate 4-5 stars, it redirects them to Google Maps. This protects your public reputation while giving you valuable insights to fix operational issues privately.

4. Respond to Every Review

Google's algorithm loves engagement. Replying to reviews shows you care and boosts your SEO ranking.

A simple "Thanks for visiting, Sarah! Can't wait to see you again." goes a long way. It shows potential customers that there are real humans behind the business.
